Older hotel that could use some structural updating. The hotel is as nice and clean as it can be without major $ going into it.

The staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and well designed. The breakfast area was nice and well tended by staff.
The bathroom decor was so pretty, but the sloppiness of the painting detracted from it very much. There was an orange wall behind the sink and orange paint was splattered onto the wall to the right which was a taupe color. Taupe paint was ALL over the metal towel bar--as if it had actually been painted, but not very well. Taupe paint was splattered on the shower tiles and onto the baseboard. The lovely curved shower rod was set off by blue inserts and pencil lines, guessing there was a change of plans there. Too bad the workmen were so sloppy. Several areas of the building were a bit worn, nothing major, just wear and tear over time. Could use some TLC.

Help yourself breakfast had enough choice. Loved the waffle machine. Staff were friendly
Cigarette burns in bed covers. Bed covers smelt of cigarettes even though we didn't smoke in the room. Pillows were small and lumpy. Heater in room was noisy and wasn't easy to get a consistent temperature when sleeping

Bed was comfortable and the price included breakfast. It was close to Berry College and that was good because we were there for my son's lacrosse tournament. We just needed a place to rest before driving home.
There was a bad smell, like urine and bleach, although it looked clean. It looked as though they needed to take their renovation efforts a little further by updating the entire bathroom and not just the vanity.

Very nice staff. Comfortable room and bed. Smelled good. Ample continental breakfast.
The lobby area looked a bit worn and tired. The shower surround needed repair.

Staff were friendly. Room was acceptable for a last minute reservation.
Although my bill has posted to my bank account, I have yet to receive a receipt (which I was told would be emailed to me). The charge to my account seemed high knowing what the rate was that I booked. Still waiting. I NEED my receipt for business expenses, so this part is pretty inconvenient right now.

Really liked the variety of choices for breakfast.
The satellite TV went out during several thunderstorms.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, however everything was good. The setting was magnificent, so close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, and Rome town center. Furthermore, very close to the historic downtown. Had good-sized and stylish room with very comfy beds and pillows for a nice stay.

The housekeeping staff was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent!! The staff did a wonderful job maintaining my room while I stayed there.
The free WIFI did not work at all however, it wasn't a deal breaker because all my devices has its own data plan. This was the only issue I had at this hotel.

Great room for the money--no complaints about the room, It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in/check-out staff were personable and quick.
Part of the reason I chose this hotel was that it had breakfast included, but it was very, very basic--cereal and toast and precooked eggs that had to be heated up. Did have a waffle station, but there was a line. I passed on all of it and ate elsewhere.

I really appreciated the wonderful hot showers after long strolls around the area and the super friendly staff made my stay feel cute, especially after exploring the nearby Ridge Ferry Park just a 15-minute walk away and dining at the delicious Steak 'n Shake being only a few steps from my room.

The location was pretty good . Close the resteraunts. Centrally located.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we got to the room it was two full size. Wasn.t a lot of linens in the room. Large stain on one of the bedspreads. We called to get a clean one and they had us come down to get a new on. When we got back to the room it was a 3 foot wide cover for the foot of the bed. Tub had stains on it. The bed skirts were dirty or stained.
